Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card. When it ends, your account pauses (no automatic charge); you then choose a plan to continue.
Which accounting software do you support?+
QuickBooks in real time (direct push, one file per client, Canadian taxes). Sage via file export — CSV/OFX compatible with Sage 50, Business Cloud and Intacct — coming soon.
How do my documents get into Dossiera?+
By web/mobile upload, by a dedicated email address for each client, and soon by automatic import from Dropbox and Google Drive. All go through the same secure pipeline (antivirus + OCR).
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Your subscription follows your firm's user count: add a seat when you hire (prorated cost confirmed before you commit), remove it when someone leaves. The pooled document quota follows automatically.
What happens if I exceed my document quota?+
We warn you before the limit and adjust the plan with you — never a surprise cut-off. Exact overage terms are confirmed during the demo.
Where is my data processed and stored?+
Your documents at rest are stored in Canada (Montréal). AI extraction may be routed outside Canada (United States). Details: "Where your data is processed". Law 25 / PIPEDA compliant.
Can I cancel?+
The monthly plan stays flexible; annual gives 2 months free. Cancellation terms are specified at signup.
Are prices final?+
The per-seat price ($49 CAD / user / month, 2-seat minimum) is a competitive starting point in CAD, confirmed in a demo based on your firm.
